Refund Policy

 Defective or Damaged Products

Ever garment is carefully checked by our team, in the unlikely event you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us with images of the product within 14 days of receipt of item.  Once images of damaged item verified, we will gladly ship you our a replacement (if possible) or issue you a full refund within 5 business days.

 

Items Lost in Transit

By ordering from us, you agree with our postage times. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as, strikes, weather, can sometimes cause delays. If your order postage times exceed our displayed time frame by 3 business days, you can contact us and we will gladly send out a replacement order (if/where possible) or issue a full refund.

 

Returns

If your item is delivered damage or you change your mind, please notify us and return item within 14 days of receipt of goods with video/ photographic evidence. If you change your mind, item(s) must be returned (at your own expense)  in original condition with labels attached and in original package. Fine Form is unable to accept returns other than stated above. We do not accept returns for refunds, an eGift Card will be issued to use for future purchases. Our guarantee only covers defective or damaged products, and items lost in transit (where proof is provided) Your satisfaction is our priority, this policy is in place so that we can continue to provide this level or service to our clients.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Www.fineform.ie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, our Couriers will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
